I established Certified System Design in 2008 to provide high value services to the security integration and central station industries. With 23 years of experience with small and large security monitoring companies, I have successfully addressed a broad range of challenges professionally, completely, on-time, and in budget.
From operational reviews, marketing material design, specialized training and coaching, facility design, automation implementations and upgrades, and business continuity there are few areas I have not had previous experience.
If your company is just starting out or has been established for years, is 3rd party, full-service, or proprietary, you have a resource for your project and program needs in Certified System Design.
Manitou 1.5.x Integration with Sedona 5.x - A client has been on Manitou since the beginning of 2008 and seeks to move it's billing to Sedona and integrate with Manitou. This will require the conversion from BOLD's legacy GAP product to Sedona with the added complexity of integration with Manitou,.
Telecom Infrastructure and Billing Audit - A central station with a mature telecom infrastructure requires a full top down review of all telecommunications infrastructure elements from phone number through circuit to ultimate end-point. The discovery of under-utilized services, poor configuration, and the provision of complete infrastructure documentation provides a basis for evolving the overall telecom infrastructure.
The telecom billing audit compliments the infrastructure documentation to determine that services purchased are being billed properly. Improper billing is addressed with the carrier and credits issued.
BOLD Manitou 1.4.9 to 1.5.0 Upgrade - A client has need for project management to smoothly transition to the latest version of BOLD's Manitou automation platform. This project will minimize the impact to their operation and allow them to concentrate on their core services and not be concerned about the upgrade itself.
